What is Subsidi?
Subsidi is a membership that gets you mobile data cheaper than market price. Everyone can borrow ₦100 free, no payment required. Premium is ₦870 and gets you a higher borrow limit and your Emergency Box.
How do I keep Premium active?
Just renew every 7 days — your higher borrow limit and Emergency Box top-up apply automatically as soon as you pay. Nothing is auto-charged; you subscribe and pay whenever you're ready.
Is my money safe?
Yes. Subsidi doesn't store your payment details. All payments go through Paystack, a secure and licensed payment provider in Nigeria.
Why can't I log back in after logging out?
Access to Subsidi is tied to your physical or digital card. If you log out and don't have a card, you'll need to order a physical card (₦3,800) to regain access.
How do I report a problem?
